Regardless of the interview type or domain, every candidate is evaluated on their interpersonal, behavioral, and communication competencies. ## What is assessed * **Critical Thinking:** how well the candidate structure their responses * **Empathy and active listening:** ability to understand and respond thoughtfully * **Communication clarity:** structure, tone, and conciseness of responses * **Adaptability and composure:** maintaining focus and respect under pressure Soft skills ## Example evaluation > “The candidate exhibits strong soft skills, particularly in professionalism and judgment, navigating complex ethical scenarios with a clear, responsible approach. He effectively balances patient autonomy with safety concerns, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of therapeutic boundaries and legal obligations. To further enhance his performance, he could focus on refining his communication style to be more concise, which would complement his already strong ethical reasoning and empathetic approach.” ### **Where to find the detailed evaluation** 1. Soft skills insights help hiring managers evaluate personality fit, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and decision-making across all roles.
