# Types of Interviews
> Different types of interviews you can use to evaluate your candidates.
### Standard interview
The standard interview is the most commonly used format for candidate evaluation. It offers a structured approach with customizable elements to suit your hiring needs.

### Interview based on resume
This format is ideal when candidates apply through the Zara job application form or when resumes are imported via ATS integration.

### Human data interview

### Software engineer full interview
Designed specifically for technical roles, this interview follows the structure of a *Standard Interview*, but replaces the [Custom Exercise](types-of-exercises#custom-exercise) with a [Coding Exercise](types-of-exercises#coding-exercise) to better assess programming capabilities.

### Custom exercise
