Soft Skills are automatically assessed in every interview conducted by Zara. Regardless of the interview type or domain, every candidate is evaluated on their interpersonal, behavioral, and communication competencies.

What is assessed

  • Empathy and active listening: ability to understand and respond thoughtfully
  • Communication clarity: structure, tone, and conciseness of responses
  • Adaptability and composure: maintaining focus and respect under pressure

Soft Skills ratings range from Average, Good, or Excellent, serving as a behavioral indicator of how the candidate interacts, reasons, and communicates during the interview.
