Think of the interview as a strategic guide that helps Zara understand what attributes you’re looking to evaluate in your candidate. You can create an interview from a job description you already created or a standalone interview (with no job description associated). To create an interview from an existing job:
  1. Click on Open Jobs.
  2. Open the job you want to create the interview from.
  3. Click on Define AI Interview.
To create an standalone interview:
  1. Click on AI Interviewer.
  2. Click on Create interview.
  3. Click on Define new interview.
After you are in the create interview wizard, follow these steps to create your interview:
  1. Enter the name for your interview and click Next.
  2. Select the type of interview you want to create and click Next.
  3. Enter the skills you want to evaluate during the interview.

  1. Enter any custom question you want Zara to ask your candidate and click Next.

  1. Select which language you want the interview to be taken.
You can select Let the candidate choose the language and Zara will let the candidate define a language when starting the interview.
Languages cannot be mixed within an interview. If the candidate starts speaking a second language, it may reflect negatively in his score.
  1. Optionally add an exercise.

  1. Optionally enter custom instructions to Zara to optimize the calculation of the AI Match Score.
  2. Enable or disable proctoring for this interview. Click Next.
  3. Review your settings and click Create Interview to complete.
