End-to-end hiring flow in Zara

When using Zara as an ATS, the hiring flow typically looks like this:
  1. Recruiters or Hiring Managers Open a Job in the micro1 dashboard. To make recruiter’s lifes easier, they can Customze the Job Stages for a better pipeline management according to the existing recruitment funnel.
  2. Candidates apply for a role. See more on Receiving Candidate applications
  3. Applications are stored and tracked in Zara
  4. An AI Interview can be configured for the job to support recruitment team decision-making processes
  5. The recruitment team can use the Resume Score feature to rank the best candidates and invite them to take the Zara interview. Candidates can also be auto-invited to take the interview.
  6. Candidates will take the Zara interview
  7. Zara evaluates these interviews and generates structured reports
  8. Recruiters review results and take action
  9. Candidates move forward or are rejected based on defined criteria
