  1. What are the working hours for this role?
This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours. Experts are able to work on their preferred schedule from their current time zone. The anticipated commitment is an average of 15–20 hours per week, dependent on client needs. Additional hours are welcome based on client demand.
  1. How does the per-task payout structure work?
For contracts utilizing a per-task payment structure, compensation is provided for each task that is assigned and subsequently approved by project leadership. The payment for an approved task is determined by multiplying your hourly rate by the Project Payout Multiple, irrespective of the actual time spent on completion. You may still be required to track and submit time records for internal monitoring, project management, or invoicing purposes.
  1. Am I permitted to maintain a full-time job alongside this role?
Yes, you are welcome to continue your regular day job. This engagement is a part-time opportunity designed to be managed in conjunction with existing commitments, subject to your availability and project requirements.
  1. What is the expected duration of the project?
The overall project duration varies by client demand. Details regarding the timeline will be shared with you by project leadership on an ongoing basis as they are confirmed by the client.
  1. Who is the client for this project?
Due to the need for strict confidentiality, we are unable to disclose the client’s name at this preliminary stage. This information will be shared with you upon successful onboarding.
  1. Will necessary equipment be supplied by the company?
No, equipment will not be provided. You are required to utilize your own personal laptop for this engagement, as micro1 does not supply devices.
  1. How are payments processed?
Payments are processed in USD on a bi-monthly basis (twice per month). Following your onboarding, you will receive an invitation to our payroll system to securely input your banking information for payment processing.
  1. What are the primary responsibilities of this role?
In this position, you will apply your domain expertise to train and enhance the performance of AI models and AI agents. Your contributions will be made via a dedicated platform where you will complete tasks designed for model evaluation or improvement. Task requirements are dynamic and will adapt based on evolving project needs and your specialized skillset. Due to confidentiality, detailed task information will be provided only after you have been onboarded. Our dedicated Human Data team is available to provide continuous support throughout the project.
